Dashboard Metrics
The Dashboard provides an overview of key performance indicators, allowing you to monitor call activity and campaign effectiveness at a glance.
Displayed Metrics:
- Incoming Calls: Total number of inbound calls.
- Outgoing Calls: Total number of outbound calls.
- Total Calls: Combined total of all calls (incoming and outgoing).
- Call Duration: The total duration of all calls, displayed in seconds.
Overview Section:
- Call Termination Reasons: A pie chart visualizing the reasons why calls ended.
- Assistant Activity: A summary highlighting which assistant made the most calls.
- Campaign Performance: Statistics showing how many seconds each campaign (outgoing calls) was active.
Use this dashboard to gain actionable insights into call trends, assistant performance, and campaign efficiency.
