Phone Numbers

In the Phone Numbers section, you can add a phone number. You can add multiple numbers, but all must come from a third-party service, specifically Twilio.com, where you need to purchase the number.

Steps to buy a Number: (Twilio)

1. Visit www.twilio.com and create an account (Create Account). Upon registration, you will receive $15 in free credit (trial account->switch to normal).
2. Navigate to Account Dashboard > Develop > United States/Ireland > Phone Numbers > Manage > Buy a Number.
3. Choose a number from any country.

Steps to add a Number (from Twilio to Callberry):

When importing a number from Twilio into Callberry, the following details are required:

1. Twilio Account SID – This identifier can be found on your Twilio dashboard.
2. Twilio Authentication Token – This token is also available on your Twilio dashboard.
3. Phone Number to Import – Enter the number you want to add to Callberry.
4. Fallback Phone Number – This number will be used as a fallback in case you run out of tokens in Callberry.
