Managing the Knowledge Base
Adding Knowledge for Your Assistant
In the Knowledge Base section, you can add and manage knowledge for your assistant. Each assistant can have only one Knowledge Base Script assigned.
Steps to Add a Knowledge Base Script:
- Click the "+" button to open the creation window.
- Name the Script: Provide a name for the Knowledge Base Script.
- Add Content: Paste the text or copy your files directly into the Knowledge Base.
Using the Knowledge Base Script
Once assigned, the Knowledge Base Script will be used by the assistant to handle both inbound calls and outbound calls (campaigns). This ensures the assistant has access to all necessary information during conversations.
